Once a call is logged, CourierSoft utilises advanced resource management to allocate the best-fit vehicle and driver. Call details are then communicated to the driver via PDA or phone. At the point of delivery a signature is captured, POD is generated and forwarded to the customer. Finally the completed calls are invoiced by the system and can be forwarded to the customer and passed to your accounts team.
