Couriersoft Mobile is a pioneering PDA based solution to help you manage your field based
operations. It embraces satellite navigation and mobile technology to give you visibility
of field operations in real time through CourierSoft Office. The PDA uses a wireless internet
connection but can work offline.
Call details are communicated from CourierSoft Office via the CourierSoft data centre to your
PDAs. Once a driver logs on, he can view his deliveries and collections in the live jobs folder
and can capture signatures on collection and delivery.
Special instructions and phone numbers can be added to the jobs and the driver can view and use
these details at any time. The PDA communicates with the CourierSoft data centre at predefined
intervals and updates CourierSoft Office at the end of every activity.
